Prospective Students - Forms and Deadlines for the 2012-2013 School Year
Parents of prospective students/applicants must complete and submit necessary forms as stipulated below*. All paperwork must be uploaded or mailed directly to SSS as outlined in the SSS Financial Aid Information for Families. If you are applying for financial aid after the January 15th deadline, we will consider your application once it is complete, and if there are any remaining funds at that time.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: when you complete and submit the PFS form on-line, the program will generate a cover sheet that includes your ID number and other pertinent information. You must include this cover sheet with all information you mail to SSS, so that it is linked correctly with your financial aid application.
