Jemicy School is one of the oldest day schools in the country with a focused educational mission to empower students who learn differently. Our dedicated community of donors ensures that a Jemicy education can include small classes, focused individualized instruction, outstanding assistive technology, and an excellent, caring faculty.

The Annual Fund

Annual Fund gifts bridge the $4,000 gap between the cost of tuition and the actual cost of educating a Jemicy student. Each year, over $400,000 in Annual Fund gifts from parents, alumni, grandparents, faculty, and friends help underwrite our programs and leverage the community support we need to balance the school’s $8.5 million annual operating budget.

We rely on our Annual Fund to keep our class sizes small, our programs individualized, and our educators at the top of their profession, doing what they do best — inspiring students to reach their full potential.

One of the best ways to participate in the Annual Fund is by volunteering for Jemicy’s phonathon and thankathon. When you become a Jemicy caller, you learn about new developments at the school, chat with parents, alumni, grandparents, and friends about events in their lives, help us raise vital annual funds, and serve as a goodwill ambassador in our community.
